摘要

气囊缓冲技术广泛地应用于汽车、航空和国防工业等领域中。本文基于非线性有限元软件LS-DYNA,建立了全向式多室连通气囊软着陆系统的有限元模型,并用试验验证了模型的准确性,完成了软着陆过程的仿真分析。通过合理设计工况,本文对全向式多室连通气囊的吸能特性进行了研究,分析了初始囊压、气囊直径、隔膜内孔直径和通气孔直径等对缓冲特性的影响。研究结论可用来指导全向式多室连通气囊着陆系统的设计。

Abstract

The airbag buffer technology is widely used in vehicle, aerospace, military and other industries. Based on the nonlinear finite element code LS-DYNA, this paper established the finite element model of the omni-directional and multi-chamber airbag soft landing system. The model was valid judging from the experiment results and the simulation analysis of soft landing process was completed. Subject to rational design conditions, we studied the cushion characteristics on omni-directional and multi-chamber airbag and analyzed the influences of the initial airbag pressure, airbag diameter, diaphragm inner hole diameter and vent diameter on cushion properties. The results can be used to guide omni-directional and multi-chamber airbag landing system design.
