Abstract

Based on one-component pseudo-excitation method, the pseudo-excitation method under multi-components and mean modulation non-stationary seismic excitation is developed by the use of PSD separation , and a number of high-precision quadratures are developed corresponding to various evolutionary random excitations . A mixed use of such quadratures leads to accurate and very efficient analyses of structural time-dependent power spectral densities . At last , a numerical example is introduced to discuss the effect of correlation of the ground motion components on the seismic responses of asymmetric structure , and several significant conclusions are given

Key words

seismic response / non-stationary excitation / multi-component excitation / precise integration
