Simulation of Load on Power-Machine and Nonlinear Analysis On Dynamic Soil- foundation –Machine System Interaction
Vibration time history nonlinear methods for analysis of dynamic response of large dynamic roller-mill foundation considering soil -pile -machine interaction are presented. The artificial historical load is presented according to Stationary Gaussian Processes trigonometric model series and load test. Viscous-spring artificial boundary is constructed which can simulate not only the radiation damping of semi-infinite soil, but also the elasticity recovery capacity of the far field media on the boundary. The equivalent spring solid element is constructed for implementing the artificial boundary with FE program which can makes the calculation easier. Analysis of dynamic response of Cangzhou Pangu project is performed by the method. Parameter investigation of major factors which affect dynamic responses of large machine foundation is carried out by numerical experiments and some useful conclusions are drawn.
