Abstract

The thesis has studied the issue of modeling the complex coupled crankshaft system, mode mechanical impedance synthesis method is introduced to solve complex coupled crankshaft system dynamics modeling and vibration analysis on 6135ZG internal combustion engine. Basing on hydrodynamic lubrication theory, dynamic characteristics of journal bearing and thrust bearing are analyzed, the calculation result considered oil film bearing stiffness effects on the dynamics characteristics of crankshaft. Vibration condition of the first 6 system modes were analyzed as well as using the corresponding finite element model as the comparing object. The consistent results indicated the correctness of the modeling method.
