Abstract

Abstract: This paper use the elastic half-space hypothesis. The vibration control equations of structural motion are derived when considering soil-structure dynamic interaction (SSI) and the soil-structure interaction’s effects on structural vibration control are analyzed. The effects of every parameter of soil and structures on structural vibration control are researched. The results show that: soil-structure interaction have some effects on the vibration control; the properties of foundation soil 、story stiffness and buried depth have significant effects on structural vibration control to some extent.
Key words: Vibration control; Soil-Structure Interaction; Seismic Response
