Abstract

For the nonstationary vibration signal of rotating machinery, when the rotative speed can be known, we can use degree area resampling method in speed tracking order analysis, so as to change the vibration signal into fixed order signal. Then, we can use the wavelet demodulation analysis’s functions as bandwidth filter and demodulation analysis, so as to pick up each order signal and to obtain its analytical signal at the same time. The method successfully solves the serious nonstationary vibration’s analysis problem of rotating machinery, and it can easily be expanded to the other nonstationary signal’s analysis problem. The expansion method has the similar frame as HHT, so it has a wide applied area. With zoom analysis as well as fast deconvolution based on FFT & IFFT, the thesis gives the corresponding numerical calculation method, which ensures the calculation to be stabile, accurate and rapid, and which overcomes the HHT’s deficiency of bad stability. Finally, by the comparison of the different methods’ analytic answer to the vibration signal during an aero engine’s test drive process, the validity of the thesis’s method is proved.
