Abstract

Based on the structure of dual-mass flywheel(DMF) arc spring, design an innovation damping spring structure and makes stiffness of DMF from single-class to multistage. Established parameter selection principle and design process of multistage DMF,and also established a discrete model of a domestic car,evaluated the multistage nonlinear DMF torsional vibration control in the transmission and idling conditions. Simulated the multistage DMF damping properties by ADAMS. Finally optimized the design parameters.
