Abstract

Abstract: Based on the impedance theory, a new modeling method named as “MA-transfer coefficient method”, was introduced for simulating the floating raft system. As avoiding the difficult of building impedance matrix of the raft frame, this method is more practical and feasible. In this paper, the effectiveness of the method was verified by experimental data. The results indicated that this new method is feasible and very effective in project, and it could also provide a better model for the optimization of floating raft system.
