Overshoot Modification of Shaking Table TVC Algorithm

Abstract

Time-domain off-line modification algorithm is proposed to reduce the overshoot of shaking table TVC Algorithm. The cause of overshoot is found by solving differential equation of TVC in time domain. Then, for the purpose of eliminating the transient component, overshoot modification method is acquired for arbitrary input function using trigonometric function and Fourier transform. The simulation results with MATLAB show that not only the overshoot but also the computational complexity are reduced greatly. At the same time, the simulation results of shaking table control also indicate that the modified TVC can reduce the overshoot and have no adverse effect. It can be used to shaking table system control very well.
