Abstract

In this paper, the bridge model under two earthquakes effect is bulit by the way of connecting the end-to-end of two seismic wave. The ANSYS analysis method is employed. Then the elasto-plastic response and damages of long-span cable-stayed bridge under one and two earthquakes are compared based on ANSYS nonlinear temporal analysis procedure. This method above will be useful for earthquakes-resistant performance decision in practical bridge structure.
