Abstract

The phenomenon of stochastic resonance in an alternating-current integrator with random parameter is investigated. The explicit expression of the output signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of the system is obtained based on linear system theory. It is shown that the SNR is a non-monotonic function of the intensity and correlation rate of the noise as well as of the system parameter. The SNR increases with the increasing of the signal frequency, while it decreases with the increasing of the bias part of the input signal.
