Abstract

The paper proposes the extended technique of accelerometer frequency characteristic. Leveraging moving coil energy transfer, capacitance energy transfer and active servo to implement the extension of accelerometer high frequency, low frequency and measurement range. Increasing damping ratio on single moving coil velocity pendulum accelerometer and double moving coil active servo accelerometer to extend the characteristic of high frequency, low frequency and measurement range. Utilize active servo to enhance stiffness so as to increase natural frequency of capacitance energy force balance accelerometer. In this way high frequency characteristic is highly extended to meet the requirement of engineering vibration and strong motion earthquake measurement.
