Abstract

The aim is to study oil character for designing and optimizing nonlinear oil damping shock and vibration isolator. Theory modeling and experiment modeling is combined and the nonlinear oil damping shock and vibration isolation is the object to be studied. The oil damper character model is proposed basing experiment data of being processed and graph of data. Some of parameters are identified. Here displacement effecting is ignored because on the electronic equipment displacement of the isolator is small.Oil damping characteristic model has been proposed according to frequency zoning and according to velocity segmenting. The result is excelled that is proved by experiment.
