Abstract

With the instruction of computational dynamics of multi-body system, considering coupling factor between the subassemblies of mechanism, the whole diesel system consisting of rigid-flexible bodies model of the moving mechanism and the model of crankshaft torsional vibration was established. The integral model was proved by the vibration intensity experiment and the speed fluctuation experiment. of the diesd Based on these, the dynamic strength of the diesel wa andysed multi-body systems dynamics and finite element method. The comparative results show that the method using multi-body systems dynamics analyzing the strength of moving mechanism of diesel is correct and credible. Then the vibration coupling analysis of crankshaft was analysed by using the modal of crankshaft torsional vibration. The whole analysis process provides a simple and feasible appoach to check the strength of the diesel moving mechanism, to optimize structure, and to implement fault analysis.
