Abstract

After a hydragas suspension has been manufactured or used for some time, several parameters may be changed and some of them may not be easily measured. A nondestructive testing method, which is based on the mathematical model and the genetic algorithm to detect the changed parameters, was presented. The R-K equation which can accurately describe the gaseous state and the Blasius equation for computing turbulent resistance coefficient were used in establishing the mathematical model of hdragas suspension. Taking the mean square deviation of sampling points of the output force as our objective function, the genetic algorithm method was used to search for the changed parameters based on the suspension’s geometry parameters and some experimental data. The correctness and stability of the new method was discussed in brief.
