Abstract

Based on ANSYS,we established a 5 tooth contact model of Cylindrical Helical Gear with hole,developed a program of automatic generation three-dimensional finite element grid. In order to minimize the bending fatigue principal stress of Tooth root,we build a quadratic on ansys results by RSM and optimize the parameters of drilling, which would provide an accurate and effective Reference on structural design and improvement.
