Abstract

The noise problem exists in Failure Analysis of the signal. Local independent projection de-noising algorithm combinated phase-space reconstruction and independent component analysis is introduced.Phase-space reconstruction can restore the chaotic attractor from high dimensional phase space.Independent component analysis can find the mainstream of the signal shape.Neighborhood can combinate the phase of similar to the feature.This method tests simulation experiments on sinusoidal simulation signal and Lorenz simulation signal,the result shows that the noise reduction effect of Local independent projection analysis is similar to that of local independent component analysis,but better than that of golbal projection algorithm.Low speed and heavy loading bearing vibration signal uses this method and the fault is identified accurately.
