Abstract

In this paper, the research of vehicle driving dynamics on a new multiple launch rocket system in vehicle for air defense was taken by appling the method of coupled rigid and flexible. Simulation of passing over vertical boss, horizonal trench and steep slope was included. The model of coupled rigid and flexible for vehicle and rocket launcher was established, and tires were considered in the model. The limited height of vertical boss and the limited width of horizonal trench were calculated, and the computing models of various limited road surface condition were developed. The driving dynamic simulation was performed. Simulation results of the dynamic response in the whole multiple launch rocket system were obtained. It can be used as a theoretical foundation for development and test of the new multiple launch rocket system in vehicle for air defense.
