Abstract

Assessment over performance of isolation in Whole-Satellite Vibration Isolation system is evaluated on the basis of such sets of indexes as transmission ratio of vibration、vibration level difference and power flow. However, it is inadequate to assess the isolation performance at the presence of sole transmissibility ratio from the bottom of isolator to the corresponding part at the top, while different limitations also exist in vibration level difference and power flow applied to evaluate practical system. A modified version as function of displacement admittance was proposed as a result of analysis of impact ratio of isolator. Then it was introduced to the evaluation of the self-designed newly Whole-Satellite Vibration Isolation platform. The results indicated that the proposed appraisal method had the advantage of featuring the isolation performance intuitive and simple in this system.
