Abstract

Through the simulation of fluid finite element software Fluent, turbine damper structure parameters meeting the requirements of the arresting net recovery system of certain unmanned aerial vehicle was obtained. Then, the turbine damper was designed and manufactured on the basis of simulation result. The dynamic cushioning property of the turbine damper was tested by instantaneous impact experiment. Results show that the numerical simulation of turbine damper is right and the cushioning capacity of the turbine damper meets the requirements of the arresting net recovery system of certain unmanned aerial vehicle.
