Abstract

To break through the bottlenecks that materials were agglomerate and not refined in the current ultrafine pulverization operation, the research of the main vibration and vibration isolation mechanism with strongly nonlinear excitation were analyzed. The nonlinear hard-features variable pitch rubber coating composite spring was used in the main vibration system of the model machine, which making the stiffness could change along with the change of vibration intensity, so the main vibration system could be energy-saving and stable. The canvas rubber ring composite spring with high internal damping was applied in the vibration isolation system, so that most of the high vibration intensity, which passed through the main vibration spring, could be absorbed by the vibration isolation system. The time domain curve of acceleration and power spectrum curve showed the use of high vibration intensity and the nonlinear effect of vibration isolation. This research solved some problems of the gathering of super-fine particles and grain refinement, and improves the status, which the super-fine grinding of super-hard powder remained at the micron level. A phasic achievement has made, with the input particle size of diamond was d(0.5)=10 mm, while the output particle size could reach d(0.5)=0.172 mm.
