Abstract

In order to reduce the satellite by rocket from all kinds of vibration and impact load,in this dissertation, new semi-active whole-spacecraft vibration isolation (WSVI) platform is presented. In the WSVI, the magneto-rheological (MR) damping technique is adopted and utilized. the PAF, the proposed WSVIP and the satellite model are designed and manufactured, and then the WSVI system is assembled. The experiments of WSVI are carried out. Furthermore, the isolation performances of the WSVI system 、the conventional MR damper vibration isolation platform and the conical adapter are evaluated and compared. The results prove that, the passive isolation effect of the WSVI system is significantly batter than the conical adapter; high-frequency decoupled MR dampers in the WSVI system can help vibration isolation platform to reduce high frequency transmission rate and improve high frequency vibration isolation performance.
