Abstract
Dynamics simulation analysis was done for a vibration processing equipment of internal formed by cold extrusion based on low frequency vibration. And angular displacement of the vibration pole was used to study angular displacement of the extrusion tap. Firstly, parametric model of the vibration processing equipment was established; Secondly, through single factor experiments and an orthogonal test, the affect of three parameters on angular displacement curve of the vibration pole can be obtained.And it is shown that:(1) as height of the vibration plate to the rotation center increasing, angular displacement amplitude of the vibration pole is increasing .As the exciting force increasing, angular displacement amplitude of vibration pole is increasing.As the exciting frequency increasing, angular displacement amplitude of vibration pole is increasing.(2)The most significant effect on angular displacement amplitude of vibration pole is exciting force, then the exciting frequency,the final is the height of the vibration plate to the rotation center.
