Abstract
Establish a dynamics model of the dual-rotor system with rubbing between its internal and external rotor, deduce the dynamical equation for the vibration responses of the system. The vibration response and mechanical properties of dual-rotor system are studied with the increase of the rotating speed by means of the bifurcate maps, the Poincare map and Spectrum charts, and nonlinear phenomenon of system when the rotors rub with each other. analyze the influences of the viscous damping coefficient, the rubbing rigidity coefficient and the support spring rigidity coefficient to the motion state of the system. The results indicate that the motion state including the periodic, quasi-periodic and multi-periodic will be shown in the dual-rotor system with the increase of the rotating speed. The motion state of the system will be more complex with the decrease of the viscous damping coefficient. Along with the increase of the rubbing rigidity coefficient, the system will be easy to lose the stability in rubbing. In a certain range, the motion state of the system will be more stability with the increase of the support spring rigidity coefficient.
