Abstract

The resonance demodulation is an important method in the rolling bearing fault feature extraction and fault diagnosis. But the traditional resonance demodulation method needs choice of proper parameters of the band-pass filter(center-frequency and band-width), which has many shortcomings such as uncertainty and limitation. In the text the fast computation of the kurtogram is used in the choice of parameters of the band-pass filter, following combines it with the resonance demodulation and uses in the rolling bearing fault feature extraction. The method makes up the traditional resonance demodulation method. In the end through simulation signal and experiment verifies the effectiveness of the proposed method.
