Abstract

The Magnetic control Shape Memory Alloys(MSMA) magnetomechanical performance were studied by experiments to establish magnetomechanical constitutive models about add pressure, magnetic field, and strain. The MSMA actuator operating principle and its construct were systematically analyzed, as well, the corresponding relationships between magnetic field and actuator performance are tested, so, the constitutive model of MSMA actuator can concluded and the active control systems were integrated and developed, on the basis of the Kewitte type model structure, the control performance test experiment of the active control system was conducted. The results show that the MSMA active control system can effectively control the seismic response of space latticed shell structure.
