Abstract

Based on the dynamics calculation model of optical elements and the ray transmission misalignment model, a numerical calculation method was established about misaligned reflection optical system under interference vibration. Numerical calculation of system was updated and verified by the modal experiment and shaking table test. The comparison results of the experiment and calculation show that: the deviation of the single optical element’s dynamics calculation result is less than 5%, and the deviation of the basic reflection optical system’s vibration misalignment calculation result is less than 17%. The reliability of this numerical calculation method about misaligned reflection optical system under interference vibration was verified. The basis is provided for anti-vibration performance analysis and damping analysis.
