Abstract

Mine rescue chamber as important equipment, its anti-explosion shock performance will affect miner’s life safety directly. In order to asses dynamic strength of some type movable refuge chamber, the full-scale finite element model of capsule is established under gas explosion. Overall and local dynamic response of chamber are analyzed by using explicit module of ABAQUS. According to state temporary regulation, maximum peak pressure acted at positive and side surface of capsule is 0.72MPa and 0.36MPa,respectively. Research results provide scientific foundation for modified design and safe use of chamber.
