Abstract

To solve the problem of the high pressure pipe system severe vibration，based on the principle of compressor nondestructive and economic benefit, the mathematical optimization model of the pipeline system dynamic characteristics was set up with optimization planning theory and method, and the optimization calculation was completed was calculated by APDL programming. As a result, the optimal control scheme has been determined. The comparison of the test vibration data before and after the applied control scheme is analyzed, indicating the reformation result is good.
