Performance analysis on compression and shock resistance of anti-shock layer coated onto submarine wetted surface
Coating rubber claddings onto the wet surface of a ship is a widely used and very effective way on improving its UNDEX resistance. In this paper, on the background of a submarine protection, in order to solve the contradiction between the pressure bearing and shock resistance of the cladding, a hexagonal honeycomb is improved and the performance analysis on compression and shock resistance of anti-shock layer coated onto submarine wetted surface is carried out. The influences of steel sheet thickness and eccentricity on compression performance and shock resistance are mainly discussed. The results provide a guideline to a design and further research of anti-shock layer coated onto submarine wetted surface.
