Abstract

Experimental researches are presented on dynamic buckling modes of metallic Cylindrical shell impacted-explosive laterally by 75g cylindrical TNT dynamite at the mid-point.for metallic Cylindrical shell with different tube diameters and heights of dynamite,the deformation processes,final modes and energy distributions are studied.The buckling parameters corresponding to four kinds of typical buckling modes were obtained,which provide a reference for the classification of explosion local damage and the design of local-damage-resisting structures.
