Abstract

For the environment of projectile penetrating the concrete, the anti-impact protective structure of the recorder is proposed, which is the medium-thin protection shell nested within inner shell filled with aluminum foam between the shells. For the protection shell bulking under the stress wave and the typical failure modes of the inner circuit module fracture which caused by the shortage of buffer performance, the structure response of the recorder anti-impact protective structure is analyst under stress wave, the design method of missile acceleration recorder protective structure is advanced ,which has the shell thickness h、aluminum foam density ρ、the aluminum foam thickness hb as the main design specification. The recorder of protection shell is put forward in the paper and the radius is 29 mm, thickness is 3 mm, aluminum foam density is 1.1 g/cm3 and thickness is 23 mm, which anti-impact ability is 63300g.At the test of projectile penetrate the concrete, the impact acceleration peak is 56300g. The recorder structure is stabile under the impact and inner circuit working properly under the impact, which verificates the anti-impact protective structure designed by the method has the higher reliability.
