Abstract

In terms of the structure characteristics of large construction machinery, the safety of large construction machinery is analyzed by man-machine environment, the concept of safety factor is put forward and the safety factor subset is built. The safety factor is discussed from concept, definition to criterion. By using numerical simulation method, the modal strain energy and dynamic stiffness is applied to the structure damage recognition of the girder in the bridge erecting machine, the simulation results show that, compared with other methods, the safety factor can accurately judge the existence of structural damage, it can more accurately judge the damage location and degree of structure, illuminating that this method has a higher damage diagnosis precision.

Key words
