Abstract
This paper presents a kind of self-adaptive impulse dictionary matching pursuit for bearing fault diagnosis. Firstly, establish a new dictionary model accordance with the characteristics of bearing based on the structural characteristics of signals and combined the element of rolling speed, size etc to the dictionary. At the same time, analysis impacts on the result of every parameter in this model, creating dictionary called self-adaption dictionary by changing parameters gradually. Self-adaption impulse dictionary determined the location parameter primarily, it could improve the calculation speed and accuracy of matching pursuit because the dictionary’s redundancy is reduced and every atom in the dictionary have great similarity with the fault signal. In the end, the algorithm of self-adaptive impulse dictionary matching pursuit was applied in experimental signals, and the result proved that this algorithm could diagnosis fault in different location effectively.
