Abstract

Cystiformairspringwaschosenasastudyobject,anditsloadmodelwasestablishedonthebasisofforceandmaterialpropertiesofanairbag.Thesimulationwasperformedbasedonthegraphicmethod,andthedevicewasdesignedtotestanairspringsperformance.Experimentalresultsverifiedthecorrectnessofthemodel.Thestudyshowedthatthematerialpropertiesoftheairspringhavealargerinfluenceontheairspringoutputload,especially,underitsstretchedstate;themodelcanbeusedtodescribetheairspringloadcharacteristicsmoreaccuratelybyintroducingthefeaturecoefficientofbagmaterial.Themodelprovidedasimpleandaccuratemethodforcalculatingairspringloadcharacteristics.
