TrendanalysismethodforacousticemissionsignalsofalowspeedandheavydutyequipmentbasedonLaplacianscore
Acousticemissiontechnologyisoneofcommonlyusedmethodsforconditionmonitoringofalowspeedandheavydutyequipment.Butthekeypointisthattherearemanyfeatureparametersinacousticemissionanalysisandeachsingleparameterhasasensitivityleveltoafault.Hence,itisextremelyimportanttochooseappropriateparameterstoreflectthedegradationtrendindevicestatustrendanalysis.Here,atrendanalysismethodforacousticemissionsignalsofalowspeedandheavydutyequipmentbasedonLaplacianscorewasproposed.Firstly,theimportanceofeachparameterwassortedbytakingtheadvantageoftheclusterinfeaturebetwensamplesbasedonLaplacianmappingprincipleandtheweightedcoefficientofeachparameterwasbtained.AcomprehensiveparameterLAwasobtainedbyfusingseveralparameterswiththeirweightedcoefficients.Thisparametercouldnotonlyreflectthephysicalprocessofacousticemission,butalsohighlighttheactionsofthekeyparameters.Theeffectivenessoftheproposedmethodwasverifiedwiththeactualsignalsofbeltcylinderbearingsinablastfurnace.ThetestresultsshowedthatthenewmethodcanreflectthedegradationtrendofthelowspeedandheavydutybearingseffectivelyandcomprehensiveparameterLAissensitivetofaultseverityofthebearings.
