Abstract

Objective Study damage caused by vibration and the changes of viscoelasticity of the pear in the process of transportation. Transportation is simulated with vibrator. Method Signals are collected and analyzed by DASP, viscoelastic analysis of pear was tested by a texture analyzer and the corresponding rheological model was established. Result The damage volume and acceleration of pear fruit increased with the increase of vibration acceleration and decreased with the increase of frequency; The creep of the pear fruit increased with the vibration time, and decreased with the increase of the vibration frequency; under the same vibration acceleration, low frequency was detrimental to the carriage of pear. Under the same vibration frequency, the stronger the vibration intensity was, the more serious the damage to pears.
