Abstract

According to the complexity MW wind turbine drive chain，the system of single degree of freedom and two degree of freedom vibration model are established respectively for the gear box, the elastic element and the frame simplified. Through analysis and research on the structure characteristics of the wind turbine drive chain，and the relation between the dimension of the structure and characteristics of the gearbox system corresponding， the design method suitable for the elastic element of wind turbine gearbox transmission chain of the related parameters is put forward. After gear box vibration test at the site，the test data is confirmed from tow hand, the structure of the gearbox and correlation. The vibration characteristics and the effect of vibration isolation of the elastic element are analyzed. Then the elastic element and the drive chain structure are verified .So this methods can be as a reference for the wind turbine design .
