Abstract

Targeting the systematically analysis of the Central-driven Electric Automotive Powertrain,a rigid-flexible powertrain model was built,in consideration of the effects of driving motor, driveline system, mounting brackets and water jacket. The natural characteristics of the model were obtained by simulation and compared with the modal test. Then the mechanical and electromagnetic excitations were analyzed, a simulation method combining motor control strategy in drawing electromagnetic excitation was provided. At last, the vibration characteristics under the mechanical and electromagnetic excitations were simulated and verified by vehicle vibration experiment. The results show that the mechanic-electric-magnetic-control combined simulation method can effectively predict the vibration characteristics of the power train under multi-source dynamic excitations,provide references to the further optimization of electric vehicle powertrain.
