Abstract

The Doppler frequency shift and extension phenomenon brings the serious difficulty to the bearing fault identification and diagnosis. This paper proposes a Doppler correction method based on time-frequency amplitude matching and applies it to the bearing fault identification. Firstly, on the basis of Morse Acoustic Theory and the Short-Time Transform (STFT), this paper concludes the relationship between the time-frequency amplitude and center time. The optimal center time can be acquired by the best match between time-frequency amplitude of theory and practical. Secondly, establish resampling time series and remove the Doppler distortion. Finally, the effectiveness of the method is demonstrated by the simulated signal and experimental signal.
