Safety Thershold of Blasting Vibration Velocity to Ermei Mount Huangshang Limestone Stairs Slope

Abstract

For the slope stability ,the blasting vibration velocity amplitude plays an important role. A case study in Ermei mount Huangshan limestone bench slope ,which using pseudo-static method on the slope with weak layer under the condition of dip =15°~34°, critical height =5~14m and safety factor=1.1. It obtains the safety thershold of limestone by use of stress criterion; Using FLAC3D finite difference method for the dynamic response analysis of the slope , displacement of the slope of the key monitoring points, plastic area cloud, shear strain increment cloud and the key points of the main vibration velocity are analyzed and the slope safety threshold in the critical state are obtained. Based on the results of the case study, the safety threshold which is calculated respectively by pseudo-static method and numerical simulation of dynamic analysis is close. It is confirmed that the value of the safety threshold is reasonable. Finally, the above three methods are conbined to get the reasonable values of the safety threshold of blasting vibration velocity.
