Abstract

The low stability is a common problem for the printing machine, the torsional vibration of the printing cylinder is one of the key factors affecting the stability. Torque transfer in the power transmission between impressing cylinders was carried; torque's abrupt happens due to cylinder's gap. With construction of AR (autoregressive) model and wavelet, the torsional vibration data post process method was put forward in order to realize the signal denoising. The cylinder’s natural frequencies 65Hz,80Hz,300Hz,375Hz,400Hz, and moving segment are extracted. Compared with Transfer Matrix method, the torsional vibration process method is verified.The research result is used for printing cylinder’s vibration and structure optimization and guidance.
