The Model of Explosive Dispersion of Viscosity Liquid

Abstract

The model for process of explosive dispersal of viscosity liquid is of great significance to the numberical simulation of such process. The explosion dispersion of viscosity liquid is a complex physical process that contains: initial driving of fluid, cavitation, formation of fluid ring, formation and fracture of jets, broken of drops. Based on the different stages and phenomenon of flow characteristics, the mathematics model of explosion dispersion of viscous Newtonian fluid is set up. Dispersal velocity of liquid, dispersal radius and distribution of droplets sizes are obtained through calculations. The results show that the dispersal radius are proportional to the viscosity and the curvature of the attenuation curve of speed is inversely proportional to the viscosity. Experiment is designed to test and verify the accuracy of mathematical model. The experimental results coincide with the conclusion, the accuracy of model is validated.
