The shock environment statistical and variant analyses of a spring separate device

Abstract

In the analysis of spring separate device shock environment, the variant between ground test and flight test was found at the same place of equipment bracket. It is shown by statistical analysis that the shock environment comply with lognormal distribution. There is significant difference between ground and flight with consistency test，but levels of variance are almost the same. Boundary conditions and instrumentation system are considered as the most likely major factors. These results can provide references for statistical analysis, defining test specification and designing test of the shock environment.
