Research on the variation rule of the Dynamic Characteristics of Dual-drive System

Abstract

In order to study the dynamic characteristics of the dual drive feed system, the multi degree of freedom model of the system is established by using the energy method. The method considers the influence of the screw nut pair, the support bearing and the linear rolling guide rail with the parameters of the joint surface. According to the Lagrange equation, the stiffness, mass matrix and displacement formula of the double drive feed system are derived. The natural frequency of the system is calculated by numerical simulation, and the influence of the system is analyzed. The research shows that the axial stiffness of the system, the quality and position of the working table are the main factors affecting the first order natural frequency. The distance between the screws can be increased, the torsional vibration of the working table can be suppressed. The experimental results show that the dynamic model can accurately reflect the dynamic characteristics of the system.
