Measurement Method and Scheme Verification for Profile Accuracy of the Slider of Linear Rolling Guide

Abstract

In order to obtain the Position and radius value of the slider inner raceway about Linear Rolling Guide , A method based on the laser displacement sensor to detect the slider inner raceway is presented. In this method, The laser displacement sensor relative to the inner rail axis inclined at an angle, obtained a semi elliptical contour by scanning the inner raceway contours, and then combined with the Least Squares to complete ellipse fitting. Through mathematical analysis, the value of the positional tolerance and radius of the inner raceway can be turn into the semi-short axis length and the poid of the fitting ellipse. By using the High precision cylinder, The feasibility of measuring method is validated in the verification experiment, Finally error analysis was carried out from various aspects.
