Through the on-site vibration test of the double-layer non-linear damping fasteners, damping pad floating plates, rubber spring floating plates, and steel spring floating plates on the prefabricated slab track on the subway viaduct, the actual vibration and noise reduction effect of different vibration damping track structures on the elevated line is analysed and evaluated, the relationship between bridge structure vibration and noise is analyzed, and the effect of different vibration reduction tracks on the reduction of bridge structure noise is studied, which can provide reference for future track vibration reduction design. The results show that: (1) Relative to the double-layer non-linear damping fasteners track bed, for VLzmax of 1~80Hz on the bridge deck, the vibration damping effect of the double-layer non-linear damping fasteners, damping pad floating plates, rubber spring floating plates, and steel spring floating plates are 10.2dB, 10.6dB, 11.8dB respectively; for VLza of 1~200Hz, the vibration damping effects of the double-layer non-linear damping fasteners, damping pad floating plates, rubber spring floating plates, and steel spring floating plates are 10.3dB, 12.7dB and 12.6dB respectively. (2) The noise source spectrum of elevated lines is broadband, with obvious peaks at the center frequency of 80Hz and 630Hz; bridge structure noise is mainly low-frequency noise of 12.5~250Hz, and bridge structure noise can be calculated by bridge vibration speed level or vibration acceleration level . (3) Damping track adopted on the viaduct bridge can reduce the influence of bridge structure noise. Relative to the double-layer non-linear damping fasteners track bed, for LAeq,Tp of 12.5~250Hz, noise reduction effect of radiated noise from bridge structure are 7.6dBA,20.9dBA,17.1dBA respectively.
