Test method for vibration characteristics of aeroengine rotor under impact load

Abstract

Taking the power turbine rotor of a shipborne turboprop engine as the research object, a simulated rotor with the same dynamic characteristics as the real rotor of the engine was designed based on the principle of dynamic similarity, and the correctness of dynamic similarity design was verified. A test method for the vibration characteristics of aeroengine rotor under impact load was proposed. The research on the impact resistance of high-speed motor and the vibration characteristics of rotor under the impact load was carried out on the vibration table. The high-speed motor and rotor have a vertical impact resistance of no less than 10g. The transient vibration response and the main frequency components of vibration response of the rotor under impact load were obtained. The research results show that the dynamic characteristics of the designed simulated rotor are basically consistent with the real rotor in engine. The research provides technical support for the development of a shipborne turboprop engine, and also provides a reference for the dynamic test of rotor under large impact load.
