Fault diagnosis of rolling bearings with single local damage in dual-shaft inertial linear vibrating machines

Abstract

Aimed at the fault identification problem of rolling bearings with single local damage fault in dual-shaft inertial linear vibrating machines, the impact vibration model about local damage fault of the inner ring and the outer ring on the basis of Hertz contact theory is established by analyzing the running state and load distribution of rolling bearings, while the simulation search and corresponding experiment verification are finished. The research results show that the load distribution area of the rolling bearing in dual-shaft inertial linear vibrating machines changes periodically with the rotation of the shaft within the range of nearly 180 ° along the vibration direction, so that the time domain amplitude of the impact response to the local damage fault of the inner and outer rings has a significant modulation phenomenon, and the side frequency and modulation frequency of the fault characteristic frequency in the envelope spectrum are significant. The envelope spectrum of the outer ring fault is very similar to that of the single-axis inertial vibration machinery, and the envelope spectrum of the inner ring fault is similar to that of the rotating machinery, but the difference of the bearing force and the working principle of the equipment results in the essential difference of the time domain waveform and the fault mechanism. It provides a theoretical basis for effective diagnosis of rolling bearing faults in vibration machinery.
