Active control method for air pressure of series bag pressure pulse attenuator

Abstract

In order to solve the problem about the narrow adaptive range of pressure of the bladder style pressure pulsation suppressor. By installing a high pressure air source and pneumatic servo valve on suppressor and using PID control method can achieve the internal air pressure of suppressor changing right along with working pressure. the pulsation suppression of suppressor is performance well under different working pressure. Based on mathematical model of pneumatic servo control system, this thesis studies the response characteristics of pneumatic control systems and analyses the factor which influencing the control of air bag pressure in pneumatic system, such as pressure change frequency and cylinder inflation pressure. The results prove that the method proposed by the thesis is feasible.
